I have suffered from back and neck pain for over 25 years now and found no long-term relief inspite of trying out different doctors, physiotherapists and even yoga. I came to Dr Humera Ansari 9 months back for a sudden severe shoulder pain and stiffness. She started me on simple basic exercises which brought me relief and recovery. So I told her about my back and neck problems along with my x ray and she explained to me that I have scoliosis iie. my spine is tilting and as my muscles are very weak, it would take time to build them up but with consistent exercises, I could get better. The focus was to stop further tilting and to help me become functional and be able to live a normal life. At this stage, my daily life was affected with restricted body movements, difficulty walking, standing, lifting simple items and doing simple household work. I would get great pain travelling on Pune roads. She started me on stretches and after judging my growing flexibility, she started muscle strengthening exercises with theraband. She also advised that I have a good protein diet for muscle health and check my vitamin B12 and calcium levels. With such a holistic approach in place, my life has undergone a significant change that i am very grateful to her for this. Today, I can take 40 min walks, do my daily tasks, and feel normal after so many years!! My confidence has come back. My posture is getting better, and my aches and pains are reducing. Dr. Humera maintains a spacious, clean, well equipped clinic and gives each client ample time unlike other doctors who just want your money and try to send you off with half relief. Depending on what the problem is, she has IFT and TENS machine which she uses to relieve our discomfort. I have also undergone cupping treatment that helps me a lot. She is a highly experienced and intelligent doctor who will explain all problems clearly and is very confident of her training and knowledge. I trust her completely and respect her knowledge. She

I’ve been going to Level up for my physio for the last year almost and I definitely recommend the place especially for Dr. Arshiya Shaikh. She is really good and understand your needs and does her job to the T. For my muscle stiffness and soreness and all the knots in the body I have been doing dry needling and that really helps.

Dr Sonam is extremely skilled and very professional. I have been going for physiotherapy to her for my injured knee since the past 2 months and its recovering very well, thanks to her. Being a fitness enthusiast, a 100 % recovery is very important to me.
